Dr. Giulia Zambotti

Giulia Zambotti was born in 1986 in Manerbio.
She obtained her master graduated in Food Science and Technology at University of Reggio Emilia in 2011 with a thesis entitled “ Edible coating additional to antimicrobials oils for improve shelf life in meat”.
In March 2013 she had started a scholarship project CAFIS-CNR-Palermo at SENSOR Laboratory entitled: Controlled contamination of green coffee and roasted, with the NE of different types of coffee, optical measurements with different spectroscopies as Raman Coffee .
